No.KBLIB-Regulations-01/2003 – In exercise of powers vested by section 12 read with clause (e) of Sub-section (2) of Section 28 of the Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library Act, 1969 (43 of 1969), the Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library Board, with the approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations :

 

  1. Short title and Commencement

     

    (1)These regulation will be called the Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2003.


    (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

  2. In the Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library Service Regulations, 1986 -

    81.No.1 of Schedule 1 of Regulation 6 (i), specifying in the method of recruitment to the post, classification, scale of pay, age-limit, qualifications and other matters connected with the post of DIRECTOR, shall be substituted by the Schedule annexed herewith.
